“Dont bother”

I have been waiting for over a month for my cancellation refund - I dread to think how long a claim would have taken. It will take you at least 30 minutes to get throughh to them.... diablolical - oh now they have just cut me off completely - time to start again...

I also have a commerical vehicle insured with them - I will not be using them again when it come up for renewal. I dont have time for a company who do not respond to emails or to phone calls within a reasonable time.
