“Worst company so far for customer service”

Have to say the worst company so far for customer service, had a small typo on booking which i spotted after i confirmed booking, within seconds i was trying to get it changed.

OTB do not answer phones live chat is a waste of space, when i got on live chat all they wanted was to charge me £10 and said maybe i should contact Ryan Air, what i thought you guys where doing that 8 hours ago, so i did contact Ryan Air via live chat within 3 minutes they corrected the typo no fuss no fee either that's how customer service should be OTB never again.
