We have shopped with Crocus over a number of years, and have always found their speed of response, their packing and despatch and their customer service first class. Anything that was faulty (a rare occurrence) was immediately replaced. The quality of their plants is excellent, and they are hardened off and ready to go in - not always the case with other providers. They are also very charming in correspondence! Five star.
