Over an hour and a half on phone mostly on hold whilst being passed around to various departments at 7p per minute is quite frankly unacceptable, unable to speak to anyone in authority as they were unavailable,only wanted to transfer my insurance to another vehicle but a simple thing like this proved to be to difficult for this bunch of amateurs, ended up cancelling my policy all together now having to wait 7-10 days for refund minus a £50 cancellation fee. Got this from a comparison site, maybe they should be vetting the companies they are dealing with to offer protection to their customers.
