Posted a parcel from uk to Portugal and after 17 days it was returned as address not recognised. Emailed UPS telling them the address was correct but of no use. They had the phone contacts and email address of the receiver, they did not bother to contact him to confirm the address. In between I ordered an item in Portugal and posted it to the same address as for the UPS parcel, the national courier delivered the item the day after to the same address. GPS recognises the address so what was the problem, laziness. Very poor service, and do not recommend.
