Visited for the first time on Saturday with my wife looking to buy our first Pram or travel system. The first real positive was the free customer car park, massive bonus in the city centre.
The Pram Centre website looked great & we had looked a bit online but as soon as we got inside felt overwhelmed by the huge selection on offer. The signage wasn't great other than highlighting the brand names. The different styles of prams were organised by brand but there wasn't much more info to go on. We were looking for a system that could fold up to fit in our small car so had to take a few prams apart to figure our if they would be any good for us. This could have been easier if there were instructions or more sales staff available to help us. It was also very busy when we arrived and there wasn't much space to view the prams.
We did find a pram we really liked & after tracking down a sales assistant they were very helpful & allowed us to bring our car to the shop entrance to see if it would fit in our boot.
All in all I would recommend the pram centre but the shopping experience could be made easier with better signage & better organisation of styles.
