“SHOCKING”

I switched to Utilty Warehouse as a friend was a distributer, BIG MISTAKE, to start with the only way you save money is by using the discount card, however you get charged to use the card and the discount is so minimal you would need to spend 100's per month just to match another supplier, I cancelled the account and called to pay my balance, I was told that as they didn't have the final figures to pay a token amount in this case £30 and a month later my final bill would arrive, did this, paid the bill and then get a bill for £7 for not paying the full bill??????
If your looking to switch don't consider these, my electric is now £25 per month cheaper than these and I don't have the hassle or fuss of topping up a discount card and then getting 20p off my bill!
