This is my second year with Octagon, having just accepted the renewal they offered which was more than £200 LESS than the cheapest on the price comparison sites.
I have not had to claim on the insurance but did have to claim for a windscreen repair (turned out to be a full replacement). When I called the phone was answered quickly and within about a minute an appointment had been made for just a few days time. Paid the excess to autoglass on fitting.
Couldnt be happier so far and have no worries about ever needing to clain or change details.
