The service I received from the gate as l stepped into the company was amazing. The friendly staff met me at the gate and offered to help me. He took me to the counter, log onto the computer and searched for the car l needed. He gave me advice and all options available. He walked me to car area and showed me the car l wanted. The aspect l liked most was he was able to accept his limitation when he told me to sit in the car that he need to ask his colleague like the car could not start and the colleague advice him to put petrol.
