I have been through absolutely hell during the time when I was trying to get in touch with General Accident Claims team to follow up on my claim. I made a claim on 28th of April 2015 following an accident, sent them confirmation from the police saying it was Not my fault, and a diagram how the accident happened. The claim team has never replied to me, not a single acknowledgement email or call. When I called them, they just said the claim is in dispute. Now my insurance contract ran out and They don't send me the no claims discount. Now I have to pay a higher price for my next year insurance without no claims discount.
