“Food safety training made simple!”

A good, concise course that could be completed online as and when my time allowed. The quiz questions at the end of each topic were useful and kept my learning on track. Although I only work with food on a very occasional basis the knowledge is essential for when I do need to step in. It is also useful as I can use it at home too.
The course could perhaps be made more interesting with more pictures, including in the quiz section, but overall it is a good course and great value for money.
