“Discusting Service”

DO NOT USE THEM. They will squeeze as much money from you as they can. They debited my account without my knowledge and when I called customer service (0844 number costing me a fortune over £30) they said it was not them and they could not justify it. But I have bank statement to evidence it.

They cancelled my insurance as they said I should have declared an ongoing claim (still being investigated) as "At Fault" and not "Not at Fault". The claim was still being investigated and I was not at fault. They added an extra +230 to my premium but still cancelled my insurance. Now they want me to pay for cancellation fee. They refuse to waive the cancellation fee despite not being the one cancelling the policy.

I never write reviewed but I feel other people should be aware of rude and unprofessional company like them.

Advisors are rude, very unhelpful and patronising.

Hope they run out of business and close down.
