“WHAT A PANE”

We ordered 2 kitchen windows and one for the lounge from SAFE STYLE UK price/date all fixed then we had a phone call to say the widows were ready and could they fit them early, on arrival we were told one off the kitchen windows had only a single in and would be replaced in 2 days, the plastic surround (the make good to the plaster was different widths told the fitter was not happy with it so he agreed to change when he cam to change the pane of glass .Latter when my wife cleaned the lounge window she could see marks in between the panes also there was scratches in the glass we reported the faults as were told replacements would be ordered so far we have had 4 lots of glass in the kitchen window(now ok) 5 lots of glass and still not happy, there were faults mostly deep scratches in the glass one was cracked but twice we had not show, twice wrong size pane sent, Yesterday was the 5th time for the lounge window but this had scratches in the fitter did not attempt to fit it but tried to phone the office no response as it was just after 6 o clock today we had to phone the manager to find out what was happening he said he would ring us back as he did not know anything about the problem of yesterday , we have always had to phone up to find out was going on also the time lost waiting in for the replacements we are still waiting for a reply form their head office and local depot, they don't seem to care, just glad we never had upstairs done as we would be having scaffolding up for ever, We should have known better it took 3 lots of glass and a refit of the French doors before that was ok NOBODY HAS SAID SORRY OR OFFERED CONPENTION. The frames are good and the fitting clean and quick its a shame they are let down by poor glass
