Couple of days ago this company was flooded with bad reviews on this site but somehow and very luckily for the business owner it has all gone!?
I just wish I noticed the reviews on this site before ordering anything from CNF, as all the other negative reviews suggested I was faced with horrible customer service / the lack of one!
I purchased an item from the website based on the value and was all straight forward ordering and receiving the product. When the wrong item was delivered, this is where the issue begins. I tried numerous times to get in touch with the vendor (via the form online, and via telephone), and there is just a wall of silence. The phone line goes straight to voicemail on a daily basis and emails unreturned. I even checked my junk/spam mail on a regular basis optimistically. 2 weeks on I still haven't heard a peep.
The item I received was the cheaper model of the same brand. I simply want a refund of the difference in receiving the inferior model as I ordered the more expensive model on the CNF website. It really isn't a big ask.
This vendor should be reported and please don't make the same mistake as I did. Stay clear!
