All of the shrubs I have ordered have been so well packaged and supported during transportation that they have arrived in excellent condition. The info sheets which are provided with items are informative. I have found the website information,particularly photos and and sizes -both of pots and in ration to a "human" figure very helpful- It is easy to know what long term you are getting!

One improvement I would like, if feasible- bearing in mind the transportation, is the availability of bigger size , more mature shrubs to be purchased (i.e. bigger shrubs in bigger pots.)
