I don't fault the quality of the windows and the two fitters couldn't have been better but totally fobbed off by all I spoke to when speaking after the windows were fitted. The salesperson told us Carringtons fitted as standard,to all windows,the wide openings(fire escape). Once fitted we realised only three out of the six windows had these openings. I have telephoned and spoke to the Manager,once, who told me he would look into it and get back to me. (He never has.)I have been assured by others that the Manager would get back to me because he wasn't available. (He never has.) I have been told the law states they do not have to be fitted to all windows and finally it was my fault for not checking the paper work because the surveyor wouldn't know what the sales person had told us. We opted for Carringtons because the sales person assured us they fitted these openings to all windows and no other company did. I feel we were misled, lied to and mos-sold the replacement windows.
