“Lazy Liars seem to be the norm for Parcelforce.”

Received a text to say my parcel would be delivered between 11:20 and 12:20. at 12:15 I received a text to say delivery had been attempted and a card left - Liars. I never left my house and my living room window overlooks the road. No one tried to deliver a parcel to my BUNGALOW and no one left a card. I phoned parcelforce and was told someone would investigate and get back to me - they didn't. Next thing was a white van pulled up and the passenger got out and wandered down my drive. I asked him why I'd had a card left to say delivery attempted - he muttered "must be the non English drivers - they don't deliver the parcels" I said No, it was only loaded to the van this morning - he shrugged his shoulders and wandered away. Now, I NEVER signed to say I'd received the parcel, but when I checked the tracking info I found that the parcel has been signed for by a Mrs P. Now I don't look like a woman and there is no Mrs P. When I checked the signature on the tracking page it was an illegible scrawl. As one would expect, I've had no explanation of what went wrong from Parcelforce. This company has no interest in the customer. Incidentally this was the second time I've had this same issue.
