“Delivered to the wrong address”

I was expecting a delivery having just received an email to that effect.
So was waiting for the hour slot with anticipation, the hour came and went.
Went online to track the parcel only to be told it had been delivered and signed for.
So I rang the help line and was told to "Go and ask the neighbors" no luck there.
On ringing back they said they would check with the driver and about an hour later rang back with the news it had been delivered to a house with a green car outside, seems that is all the driver could remember.
Told they would look into the matter and ring back, That Never Happened.
Bearing in mind the delivery was on a Thursday and we were now on Friday afternoon I checked the claims info/forms on the website.
Seems you only get 3 days to claim that must be why no call back.
So thank for not caring Ukmail.
Wednesday of the next week we received a call from a gentleman who lives one and a half miles away who had read the address and got in touch he also had a blue car.
