“Steer well clear of TJC!”

I wanted to return some items but had to travel with work for longer than expected so called and arranged a late return with manager in customer services. After I sent it back they returned it to me and denied I ever called them so I'm stuck with three items I don't want and down another set of P&P and all this after being a loyal customer for years. Never again. Steer clear of this company!
