“Rip off”

Avoid this site. Absolute rip off. I deposited £10 and won some money. Tried to withdraw and was told I hadn't used the card enough in order to withdraw so I foolishly deposited another £10. I was still unable to withdraw. I'd won almost £50 but couldn't get a penny of it. I spoke to support who told me I'd have to meet the waver which I had no clue about. Another option would be for me to lose all my free bingo and casino bonuses which I got when joining up. I agreed to this and was then told to provide proof of my ID which I did. Absolute joke. Still 7 days layer no money has been deposited to my bank. One huge mistake Save your money and avoid like the plague. JOKE ....
