“Useless”

Ordered a delivery for today. First I get a call saying the delivery would be delayed due to an accident on the M62 over 20 miles away.

This was then followed by several emails, first saying 40 mind, then one hour 40, then an hour, then it's on its way and finally it's 3 hours 50 mins delayed.

At this point I cancelled and booked an order from Asda
