Hi I have ordered quite a few whiskys from you and have always had excellent service. The last order I did I was having trouble logging in so I changed my password. After trying for 10 minutes with the new password I called in to place my order by phone as on line was just not working for me. I do not know who I spoke to but she was quite assertive and told me to wait up to 30 minutes and try again. It wasn't what she said but the way it was said. Maybe it could have been said in a better tone with I am sorry but it can take up to 30 minutes would you mind trying again. If there is still a problem come back to me.
I realise it is only a minor thing but customer service is really important it costs nothing to be polite and helpful.
