“customer response to my letter”

Over a month ago my internet(modum)stopped working, so phoned BT and sorted out new package deal. But was told the new modum would take 5 days to deliver and new package deal will not be connected until 2 days after that (total a week). Did get compensation except for first two days under standard policy.
Last Autumn had heart surgery and I thought of doing something bit unusual. I thought with the problems I had with internet I had and the length of time I have been a customer, i sent a letter asking if possible to donate something directly the hospital who operated on me. Recently got phone call and was turned down flat. Shame as my bank did the decent thing of donating something.
