“Excellent Customer Service”

Everyone on the Zopa team seems polite, competent and helpful. There is little or no delay in getting through on the phone line. All of the advisors can access records and keep up to date with the latest position on your case, which seems to be immediately updated as events occur. You are advised if there is possibly going to be any delay in the advertised response time, even though in my case there was none. I can't recommend this company enough.
