Just used the service with an operator who was very pleasant an courteous to change my car type. Was very pleased it's simple and I know some people find gaps in the conversation text annoying my new car req was hard to find and this wouldn't have been any quicker over the phone and takes away form the awkward silences while the operator it dealing with your business.
I was also able to complete this change while working at the same time so win win for me.
Altogether a good service/experience for me.
