“NEVER AGAIN”

I have booked with travel Republic many times and never had to complain but last night I just came back from my holiday to Turkey and will never ever be booking with them again.
-booked a double room for the hotel- ended up getting two single beds and 2 single duvets. Apparently this is my fault for booking a double room (the only other selection was twin room)?
-no travel Republic tour guide turned up on any days- the hotel staff spoke little English and were not of help so we had to go through Thomas Cook instead who were VERY helpful and professional
-the transfer booked through travel Republic was one and a half hours late so we almost missed our flight home. Again the staff at the hotel didn't care and the travel agency operator also didn't. How can travel Republic liase with such unprofessional companies?

Do not book anything with them!!!!
