“After months of waiting around for passenger changes...”

After months of waiting around for passenger changes and with no luck of getting through to customer services, we finally got through to find out that we had a total of £173 of underlying payments due. They told us that our total holiday booking was £325pp however they charged us £440 each. The messages that we had received from them were not clear. I will definitely not be going through On The Beach again and strongly advise anyone thinking about booking with these not to!
