“Full of Excuses”

We have used this company twice before without any problems but this trip (June 2015) we waited one and a quarter hours for our car to be returned to us on our return to Manchester. I telephoned numerous times to office and mobile and every time was given a different excuse. Even the driver when he eventually arrived gave us a completely different story as to why it had taken 75 minutes for our car to be returned to us. I have contacted Eazypark by e-mail asking for a refund. I received a automated reply saying they have received my e-mail and it will be dealt with within 14 days. Unbelievable. I will never use this company again and would never recommend them to anyone.

The simple reason it took so long for our car to be returned is obvious - they have bitten off more than they can handle and do not have enough drivers.
