I am currently awaiting a refund from wowcher for a 2 night break I booked from Tourcenter. The holiday was all finalized, but then 3 weeks prior to travel, I was informed that there was no availability and therefore we could go at a later date, but that there would be a supplement we would have to pay. I informed them that this is not what I wanted, and that we would like to go on the holiday we had purchased and booked. In response to this, they explained that we would have to be refunded by you (wowcher) for us to get our money back. Why you would endorse a company such as Tourcenter to advertise their deals is beyond me.
