“No flowers, no response, reporting to Trading Standards”

I have used Order Flowers quite a few times and been really pleased with the quality of flowers and the delivery times. For some reason, flowers sent for my parents wedding anniversary didn't arrive and I have had no response to emails and been kept waiting on their premium rate 'phone line for ages with no response. They've left me with no other option other than report them to Trading Standards so that I can get the £31 back that I wasted. Very disappointed with this dreadful service.
