I placed an order 3 weeks ago and they are still "unable to give an ETA". I had ordered a couple items 3 weeks in advance of needing them and I still will not receive them in time. How many weeks does it take to deliver some waterproofs and a jumper.

They emailed saying there would be a delay in my order a few days after I ordered and I replied telling them it was fine as long as I get them within the next 3 weeks. I heard nothing back for 2 weeks and then get the email saying they don't know when it will arrive and asked if I would like to cancel the order 4 days before I need it.
