Like others I am experiencing the same problems. Staff are not helpful at all.. They take my call, dont have a clue what is going on and then say they will get back to me via email or call but i get neither. I had my accident over 2 months ago and axa claim that they still have not heard anything from the other drivers company. Its been over 2 months and they are still awaiting a response. Biggest mistake i made, trying to save a few pounds i joined this company.. If you are reading this then please avoid this company at all costs. Bunch of amatuers who really are careless and clueless.
