“when an offer is too good to be true it is !”

written by 226Graves on 24/06/2015

Wish I'd read this review before being ripped off like everyone else on here. Makes me feel a bit better that I'm not alone.
I bought 20 tickets for £60 and was told I was getting 2000 free paintballs. I think these people pray on those in supermarkets (in our case Sainsbury foyer) as they know people are often in a rush.
They never told me about the compulsory £9.99 per head for the first 100 paintballs but I thought it's still worth it as we get another 100 each free.
Only on the back of the free paintball voucher (which is cleverly stapled to the pack so you can't see the back easily) does it mention you don't get the free ones until game 11.
I specifically told the woman I run a support group for teenagers with Aspergers and they wouldn't last the whole day and she said "no problem...we can tailor it to your needs and you don't have to stay the full day"
Going to ask for refund...even though there will be an admin fee and p&p (if it's not recorded delivery I'm sure it will mysteriously disappear) out of principle.
Why oh why do they need these dirty tricks to sell what looks like a great service?
We would have used them regularly but, like the rest of the people here and many, many more, we will now never use them or recommend them.
They've shot themselves in the foot. Wonder how many paintballs that cost them (lol)
