“My Tyres - Slow Delivery & Poor After Sale Follow Up”

Whilst the price may be attractive, the lack of information about how long the tyres take to arrive certainly is not. The website did not tell you until you had placed the order that there would be a weeks waiting time before they could be fitted. And to make it worse, the chosen fitting company knew nothing about the order, the say My Tyres do not contact them, so it was left to me to track the order delivery through the couriers website, then phone the fitters and make an appointment. My Tyres website would have you believe you already booked an appointment, well that's not my experience.
Would not recommend My Tyres, they need to be upfront about delivery times and get a fitting booking system that works. There are plenty of other competitors who beat this service at around the same price.
