“Product good, customer service not so”

Customer service works only if you call them. Additionally, one or two foam bottoms were glued in a half-assed manner - they work though and I can live with it. However, I would expect that from the lucky box, not a supposedly premium item on stock.

Free shipping is a good bonus, coupons would be nice for frequent buyers.
