“Online Payment chaos”

Very poor online experience. Always used this company in the past but will be reluctant in the future.
Staff admitted they had problems but that was no consolation, had to resort to booking by telephone
at our expense, Had to check with our bank over payment issues, other customer had the same problems.
Maybe you just can't get the staff these days.
