I was encouraged because I knew I would be corresponding with the dealer - not this website company. This excellent website arranges the deal but does not take money from the buyer. The dealer turned out to be equally as good, and drove the car to my home. They even offered to pay towards my travel costs if I had wanted to collect it from them. The only downside is that they do not take part exchange cars, but this suited me anyway.
