I was not with EDF I just made the mistake of moving!I asked my existing supplier to provide gas and electricity at our new address.
I was told that EDF were the current supplier at our new house and there would be a period where we would be billed by EDF then it would change to my existing supplier.I received bills for both utilities paid them and thought that was that.
No not that simple!
I received another gas bill from EDF I rang them and said why have I got another bill from you it should have been switched to my old supplier.
They were as unhelpful as they could be, rude and arrogant.
I made calls to my existing company and EDF still no transfer.
Each time I spoke to them I got a different story.
I have spent hours on the phone and was taught years ago time is money!
8 months after I moved I finally got a final bill from EDF.
What an AWFUL company I have nothing good to say about them!
