“Excellent all round service ”

My mum and I visited the pram centre prior to me having my son in February 2015. We were specifically looking for the Stokke Crusi and spoke with a member of staff who knew the Stoke inside and out. She was so knowledgable about the product and how it worked and should be used. It was off the back of this that we purchased the full Stokke Crusi pram. We had intended on going to another care how re felt the service was far superior at the pram centre.

Not long after I returned to the Pram Centre to purchase my Nursery Furniture. The reason I bought it from the pram centre was the quality of the VIB furniture. We purchased the moderno range which I highly recommend for look and quality of the wood. This was delivered and fitted by the guys from the Pram Store who were fantastic and kept me posted on when they would be coming unlike other deliveries I have received. They did everything to accommodate me when delivering the furniture which was very much appreciated.

There were a few teething problems with the furniture, which I may add was no fault of the pram centre at all and more to do with the wood itself but this was dealt with very professionally by the manager.. She could not have been more understanding and helpful and insisted on having it sorted immediately. I cannot fault the customer service that I have received at the pram centre.


I have recently spoken to staff about a car seat and found them to be very knowledgable and will defiantly go there to seek further guidance.

I really can't recommend the pram centre enough and will continue to use them for all the things I need to buy for my baby.
