“No Customer services / Live web chat . a joke ”

I have used these people before and had a few minor issues,
i booked and holiday and paid for it, unfortunatley i needed to ammend one of the parties, requirements. Normally a simple process took me 5 mins with another online company) 2 months later , various phone calls various online various emails , and guess what still not sorted!

Honestly they will take your money , and if you have to ammend , goooood luck

watch there small print!!!!!!!
