Albany provided me with a first class service, the replacement car was spotless,very nice & exactly what I wanted. The car was delivered to my place of work on time, the delivery staff were very polite & most knowledgeable with this cars functions and procedures. They gave me full instructions on the use of this vehicle and were in no rush to leave until I was happy with the operation of the car. The telephone staff also deserve a mention as they were equally as helpful & polite. The entire staff that dealt with me were a full credit to Albany Assistance.
