I had always been pleased with earlier purchases.However a pack 3X10 hangers were not,one pack was given to a friend for her birthday,I was upset to find that one had no hook and was split,I sent 2 e-mails about this problem only to find that they were totally IGNORED,on further inspection I found another damaged hanger,which was 2 in total. No Impressed,I feel that the quality has dropped.will not be using Hangerworld again,Shame really
