“Extremely disappointing”

I actually ordered the wrong bed, but, in most cases, one can return the item with no problem. In this case the problem was I had to pay for postage, which would have cost almost as much as the bed. Also the bed they sent was smaller than advertised and the filling of the bed is of extremely poor quality. I phoned three times to ask if I could exchange for another bed, bigger, better and more expensive, but they did not answer the phone or call back. I sent an e-mail through their website but they did not even reply. I only wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from them. This type of response really discourages me from purchasing online. Needless to say I will never purchase from them again.
