“switched cars for test”

my son did the whole week paid £750 only to be presented with a different car on the morning of his test, without any time to get used to the clutch and drive it as instructor was late too, so when asked by the examiner to identify things under the bonnet of course he didn't know as never seen this car before so it unnerved him and he failed and to be honest I would not give them any more of my money to try again and I would not recommend them
