“Super fast”

Did an online agreement in principle in about 5 mins on the Friday; got the offer on the property accepted on the Saturday; got a cancellation with branch on Monday to do full application; valuation instructed and carried out by the end of that week and received copy the following Monday. A week after that I received the offer. Shocked at how quick and easy. Rates aren't the best but worth it for the peace of mind. Only problem is the length of the meeting. I am ex adviser so bit quicker than normal but still took about 2.5 hours and there is a dull video to watch that is incredibly patronising and going over what you have already discussed. They of course will blame the regulator for this.
