Good Points
Polite and apologised nicely.

Bad Points
Not efficient. Slow. Didn't tell me what was happening for absolutely weeks and weeks.

General Comments
Never again. This was such a slow process with so little contact. I would not feel safe doing this again with New Reg. Too much can go wrong and did go wrong!
