“Returns policy”

A warning in case the dress you ordered is not a good fit. I was assured through the live chat facility on the web site that I would get a refund if the dress was not a good fit on my flower girl when it arrived. I was reasonably happy with the quality, etc. but unfortunately the top of the dress was too big and not a good fit.
I sent photos to them as requested to prove this, but was just told to employ a local seamstress. I asked to speak to speak to or deal with a supervisor but this request was just ignored. Be careful before ordering because from my experience you will not get a refund so either be prepared to put the dress on e-bay or have the cost of employing someone locally to alter the dress.
