“Card not turned up ”

I applied for a cash plus card over a week ago I paid £10 as I payed by Mobil witch was fine with me 8 days later no card now cash plus claim that you will get your new card within 3-5 working days mine has been 8 days now hmmmmmm so I try calling but you are on hold for like ever I was on hold for a hour and a half that was not good enough for me so I hanged up as I was still on hold wot they do not realise I'm being charged £1.00 a min to call them my advice DO NOT USE ThIS SERVICE they are not very good and I hope cash plus read this as well
