I moved into a property and wasn't aware of who the energy supplier was so called up as I had received a bill that felt too expensive. I rand the first time and spoke to someone who denied my request to be put on the DD tariff. So I then spoke to someone else on live chat who was also unhelpful. I then rang again today to make a complaint and one of your team members really helped me out. He was genuinely interested in what had gone wrong and made it seem so simple in helping to resolve it which is what good customer service is all about! If only I'd spoken to him first! Really pleased with the outcome and thanks to this team member I will not be switching my supplier so he rescued a customer.
