WRITE A REVIEW

Terrible.

I feel compelled to write this review to warn people just how terrible BT are. I know all ISPs traffic shape to an extent but BT just take it too far. I have 20mb broadband and not once have I gotten speeds even close to that (I leave very close to the exchange too). What's more, if BT even suspect that something I am downloading is pirated, then they throttle my speed to unusable levels of 20/30 kbs. FYI, A bought and paid for game on STEAM is not the same as P2P, sort it out BT. This is also the case with other downloads such as itunes.

I will never use BT again and will probably just revert back to Virgin.
